REFUND / RETURNS POLICY
Do you want to return something? You can return an item for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your original order. Products must be returned in an 'unused and undamaged' condition.
ORIGINAL PURCHASE DELIVERY COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Delivery costs, including insurance, are the purchasers responsibility.
Please note that SCUTE fishing rod cases are an oversized item and shipping costs are very high, often in excess of $250.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure your return is packed properly and can’t get damaged in transit. We recommend using registered post so that you can keep track of your parcel as well as purchasing insurance. Refunds will not be made if goods are not returned in an unused and undamaged condition.
No return for change of mind is available on special request orders or when stock has been specifically obtained to meet your order. We do not offer exchanges. Please choose carefully.
When You Receive Your Order
We try to ensure all our products are shipped free from defects, but if there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact SCUTE fishing and we will organise to have the item replaced or repaired. You need to advise us of any fault and provide proof of the fault or defect in a new product within 30 days of receiving your order, and please do not use the product.
Warranty Based Returns
Every product you purchase from SCUTE fishing comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects or faults. Warranty periods differ for different products and start from the purchase date on your receipt.
Warranties do not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage.
If a problem occurs with your purchase within its warranty period, contact SCUTE fishing for assistance, and your product can be returned to us for assessment of the fault at your cost. If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired, and the item returned to you free of charge. In the case that no repair is possible, the item will be replaced or refunded.
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage.
